![]() ![]() To address, use a fresh session (log out and back in). The issue is simply with the user and authentication to Office 365. Since it is only one user on a shared server, we know it is not a software nor server issue. Rebuilding the email profile does not work. One user gets a script error when opening Outlook and Outlook will not open. The situation: we have Office 365 (E3) installed on a terminal server with shared activation. So, I figured I would add my solution here. ![]() I try to add my 2 cents to these forums but the thread is usually locked, or you need to signup to another random website. However, when I search for a fix I only see "fixes" which involve registry editing, Office/Outlook repair, even rebuild the server. An interesting issue, very simple to fix.
